Quality Control & Assurance

Our quality assurance processes cover material inspection, in-process control, and final verification to ensure products meet specified standards and project requirements. Controlled inspection procedures, testing methods, and documentation systems support traceability, consistency, and compliance across the supply chain. Where applicable, testing and inspection activities are aligned with recognized international standards and customer specifications.

Ensuring consistency, compliance, and traceability in every batch

Dimensional & Visual Inspection

Dimensional and visual inspections verify product geometry, tolerances, and surface condition across flat, long, and tubular steel products. Using calibrated measurement tools and standardized inspection procedures, these checks ensure fit-up accuracy, processing consistency, and compliance with specified dimensional requirements.

Chemical Composition Verification

Chemical analysis confirms material grade and composition through controlled spectrometric testing. This verification supports material identification, grade compliance, and full traceability, ensuring steel products meet applicable standards and project specifications.

Mechanical Property Testing

Mechanical testing evaluates key performance characteristics such as strength, ductility, toughness, and hardness. Tests including tensile, impact, fatigue, and hardness assessments confirm material behavior under load and service conditions, supporting safe and reliable application in structural and industrial environments.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Non-destructive testing methods are used to detect surface and internal discontinuities without damaging the product. Techniques such as ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, and other NDT inspections support material integrity verification and quality assurance for critical components and pressure-related applications.

Pressure & Integrity Testing

Pressure and integrity tests are conducted to verify leak tightness and structural reliability of pipes and pressure-bearing products. Controlled testing methods, including hydrostatic testing, ensure compliance with safety requirements and applicable piping or pressure standards.

Metallurgical & Microstructural Evaluation

Metallurgical examinations assess microstructure, heat treatment effectiveness, and material condition. These evaluations support process validation, failure analysis, and confirmation of metallurgical properties where performance and reliability are critical.

Documentation, Traceability & Compliance

All inspection and testing activities are supported by controlled documentation and traceability systems. Test records, inspection reports, and material identification ensure transparency, audit readiness, and confidence across production, delivery, and project execution.
