Cold Rolled Black Annealed Steel (CRBA)
Cold Rolled Black Annealed Steel is produced by cold reducing hot rolled steel to precise thickness tolerances and subsequently annealing it in a controlled atmosphere. The annealing process restores ductility lost during cold rolling and relieves internal stresses, resulting in steel with excellent workability.
The characteristic black surface appearance is formed during annealing in a controlled furnace environment and provides a uniform, clean finish suitable for further processing.
